Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-25
- The 8 tests are free, need no account, and are meant for self-reflection.
- They are not a diagnosis or a psychological assessment, and they don't replace a mental health professional.
- If you are in crisis or in danger, don't use a test: contact your local emergency services.
- Your answers stay on your device. The Privacy Policy has the details.
- You can take the tests and share your result. You can't copy the content in bulk or republish it.
- We don't guarantee that the site will always be available or that a result describes you accurately. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights your country's law gives you.
1. Who we are and what we offer
InnerlyTests is run by AFS IT Services Ltda, a company based in São Paulo (SP), Brazil. In these terms, “we” means that company, and “you” means anyone who uses the site.
The site offers 8 short self-reflection tests about emotions, relationships and how you relate to yourself. They are free and need no account.
By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. What the tests are, and what they aren't
The tests are an invitation to reflect. Your result shows which descriptions your answers match and suggests things to think about. They are not:
- a diagnosis of any health condition, physical or mental;
- a psychological assessment or a professional psychological test;
- therapy, counseling or ongoing support: using the site doesn't create any therapeutic relationship between you and us;
- enough on their own to base important decisions about your health, work or relationships on.
If something in your result worries you, or if you feel you need help, talk to a psychologist, a doctor or another health professional.
3. How the content is made
The questions and texts are produced with artificial intelligence and go through an editorial review, also carried out with the help of AI, before they are published.
That review is editorial, not clinical. The tests have not gone through clinical or psychometric validation, which means they haven't been studied in research that confirms they measure what they set out to measure. The content has also not been reviewed by a psychologist or any other mental health professional.
Each test has only a few questions, and the result ranges were set by us, not by research. So read your result as a starting point for thinking about yourself, not as a measurement.
If you find a mistake or a text that seems inappropriate, write to the email in section 14.
4. If you're going through a hard time
The site doesn't provide care and doesn't follow up with the people who use it. No one reads your answers, so we have no way of knowing if you need help.
If you are in crisis, thinking about hurting yourself, or in danger, contact your local emergency services or an emotional support line in your country now. Talking to someone you trust can also help.
If a test brings up difficult feelings, you can stop at any time.
5. Age
The site is recommended for people aged 16 and over, and it doesn't check visitors' age. If you are under 16, talk to a parent or guardian before using the site.
6. Your data
The tests run in your browser. Your answers and your result stay on your device and are not sent to our server.
Google Analytics only loads if you click “Accept” on the cookie notice. You can change that choice at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
If you share your result, the text with your score goes to the service you choose, and from then on that service's rules apply. The Privacy Policy explains all of this in detail.
7. How you can use the site
You can use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes: take the tests, read the results and share your own. You can also quote short passages, with the name InnerlyTests and a link to the page. You may not:
- copy, republish or sell the tests, the questions or the result texts, in whole or in large part;
- collect the content in bulk with automated programs (“scraping”);
- present the content as your own or as a professional assessment;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site.
Search engines may index the site as usual.
8. Who owns the content
The texts, tests, questions and results belong to AFS IT Services Ltda and are protected by copyright law. The InnerlyTests name and brand also belong to the company.
Using the site doesn't give you any of these rights beyond the personal use described in section 7.
Exceptions guaranteed by law, such as quoting for study or criticism, still apply.
9. Links and services from other companies
Some buttons and links take you to services run by other companies, such as X, WhatsApp and Google pages. Those services have their own rules and privacy policies, and we have no control over them.
10. Site availability
We want to keep the site online and the content accurate, but it may go down, contain errors or change. We may change, pause or remove tests and pages, for example to fix or improve the content.
The site shows no ads today. If that changes, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.
11. Limits of our liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- the site is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors;
- we don't guarantee that a result describes you accurately or that it will help in a specific situation;
- the decision to act on a result is yours, because a result is an invitation to reflect, not professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability of ours that the law doesn't allow us to exclude or limit, or any rights your country's law gives you, including as a consumer.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
If you live in another country, the consumer protection rules of that country that can't be set aside by contract still apply to you.
If you have a complaint, please write to us first: many problems can be solved by email. If you need to go to court, you can do so where you live whenever the law gives you that right.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page, and important changes will be highlighted there.
Changes apply from that date and don't apply to how you used the site before it.
